A modular grenade is an explosive weapon that can be Crafted using the Craft hotkey.

How to Craft

  • Press the Craft hotkey (e.g. 'G')
  • Put it on the ground
  • Get 1 LV cable in your active hand
  • Left click the modular grenade on the ground with the cable
  • Get a timer trigger from a Protolathe in your active hand
  • Left click the modular grenade on the ground with the timer trigger
  • Get a chemical payload from a Protolathe in your active hand
  • Put it on the ground next to the modular grenade
  • put chemicals into 2 beakers (e.g. Phosporous, Sugar & Potassium to make smoke) e.g. from a Chemical Dispenser
  • Left click the chemical payload on the ground with the two beakers
  • pick up the chemical payload (with nothing in your hand)
  • Left click the modular grenade on the ground with the chemical payload
  • pick up grenade
  • right click on it to set timer (the default 5 seconds)
  • click Use hotkey
  • Click the Throw hotkey

Types of Modular Grenade

  • the dangerous kind (refer to Chemistry. think heat, poison, radiation or acid damage]
  • Zombie cure - Romeral + smoke
  • Disease cure - Spaceacillin + smoke
